What We Do
Three Ways We Change Lives
Free Education for Orphans
We enroll orphaned children into fully-funded academic and vocational programs — covering tuition, books, uniforms, and transport. Every child is assigned a mentor and receives pastoral educational support.
Brick Kiln Families Program
We go directly to brick kiln settlements to enroll children and young adults in skills-based education programs. We work with kiln owners, local leaders, and families to make attendance possible and safe.
Industry Seminars for Students
We host regular seminars connecting students with CEOs, entrepreneurs, doctors, engineers, and technologists. Students hear real stories, ask real questions, and begin to see themselves in professional world.
Leave a Legacy That Teaches
Some of our most meaningful projects are funded in memory of — or in honor of — a loved one. Dedicate a classroom, a scholarship, or a seminar. Their name lives on every time a child learns.

Empowering Vulnerable Communities
Factory workers often face generational barriers to education. Our goal is to break this cycle by offering completely free academic, technical, and skill-based programs designed around real industry and community needs. Through our Inter-Tech, Medical-Tech, and vocational streams, learners gain practical skills that open doors to stable employment and improved livelihoods.
Impact So Far
In just 3 years, Lamha Foundation has empowered more than 1,300 learners—children of laborers, low-income families, and marginalized communities. These students now stand with confidence, hope, and the ability to pursue better opportunities.

Across Pakistan’s industrial belts, thousands of factory workers and their families continue to face limited access to quality education—a challenge that restricts economic mobility, limits opportunities, and reinforces cycles of poverty. At CATS College, we believe every individual, regardless of income, deserves the chance to grow, learn, and transform their future.
Our Journey
Over the past 3 years, CATS College has successfully provided free education and skills training to more than 1,300 students, including children of factory laborers and underprivileged families. These students have not only completed their academic goals, but many have progressed into reputable colleges, skilled jobs, and sustainable career paths. Their upgraded livelihoods are living proof that education is the most powerful tool for empowerment.
CATS College is a leading skills-based education group dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth in Pakistan. Under the leadership of Chaudhary Irfan Ali Bhullar (Founder and Chairman), CATS is committed to transforming lives through high-quality, practical, and affordable skill education.
With campuses across Punjab, including Lahore (Sundar and Bahria Town), Faisalabad, and Multan, CATS College is committed to building skilled, future-ready professionals. Starting with 200+ trained students in 2022, our impact grew to 600+ in 2023 and has now reached over 1,300 students in 2025 across modern skill development programs.
