Our Story

Founded by Chaudhary Irfan Ali Bhullar, Lamha Foundation grew from a simple, painful observation: that Pakistan has enormous talent lying dormant in its most overlooked communities. Starting with a single vocational program for factory workers’ children in 2022, Lamha has grown to serve over 1,300 students across Punjab.

The Foundation has expanded its focus to directly address two of the most educationally marginalized groups in the country: orphaned children and families living within brick kiln settlements.

Rana Shan Ali serves as a Legal & Compliance Consultant at Lamha Foundation, bringing extensive experience in business compliance, taxation, financial management, NGO registration, and regulatory matters. He is a certified management accounting professional with qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA-UK).

As the CEO of Enterprise Leaders (Private) Limited, he has worked with more than 1,000 clients nationally and internationally, providing expertise in taxation, budgeting, risk analysis, business registration, corporate compliance, and strategic planning. His professional background also includes experience in financial management, auditing, accounting, and consultancy.

At Lamha Foundation, Rana Shan Ali contributes his professional expertise to support sound governance, regulatory compliance, and the Foundation's organizational development.
