When poverty forces small hands to work instead of learn, dreams fade early and childhood is lost before it begins. In Pakistan, rising inflation and low factory wages push many families to choose survival over education. LAMHA Foundation exists to break this painful cycle by providing completely free skill-based education, dignity, and sustainable opportunities to children of laborers and low-income families.

We treat every donation with the utmost respect because we know it represents hope for a child’s future. This Refund Policy explains how we handle requests transparently and responsibly.

1. General Policy on Donations

All donations made to LAMHA Foundation through this website (https://lamha.ngo/) or other official channels are voluntary and non-refundable.

Your contribution is immediately used to support our mission — providing free education, books, uniforms, transport, and vocational training to deserving students across our campuses in Lahore, Faisalabad, and Multan.

2. Exceptional Cases

We understand that mistakes can happen. In limited circumstances, we may consider a refund request:

• If there was a clear technical error during payment (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount charged).
• If the request is made within 7 days of the donation date.
• For any other exceptional situation, subject to review.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid proof of donation. Approval is not guaranteed and rests solely with LAMHA Foundation management.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please send your refund request to info@lamha.ngo with the following details:

• Full name
• Donation amount and date
• Transaction/reference number
• Reason for the request

We will review your request within 10 working days and respond accordingly.

4. What Happens After Approval

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15–30 days.
• We reserve the right to deduct any bank or payment gateway charges if applicable.
• Once a refund is issued, the associated sponsorship or support may be discontinued.

5. Transparency and Accountability

LAMHA Foundation is committed to the highest level of transparency. Every rupee you donate goes toward ending child labor and creating real opportunities for families. Because our programs run on trust and continuous support, we encourage donors to consider their contributions carefully before giving.

We do not offer refunds for donations made to specific campaigns (Student Sponsorship, Skill Labs, Campus Support) after funds have been allocated to students.
